Many people confuse these three, but in fact their "permissions" and "thresholds" are very different:
| Way | what can be done | Threshold/Restriction |
|---|---|---|
| prison Break | Modify the system, install plug-ins (Cydia / Sileo), highest permissions | Requires loopholes; no public solution for higher versions; reduces system security |
| Troll TrollStore | Install any IPA with a permanent signature without jailbreaking (no signature loss, no account required) | Certain iOS versions only (see table below) |
| Sideloading (IPA Signature) | Install modified version of App with certificate | Personal certificates expire in 7 days and need to be re-signed; almost all versions are available |
Whether you can jailbreak or not, the key lies inBootrom (hardware boot) vulnerabilities such as checkra1n——It’s written into the chip, AppleCannot be fixed with system update:
The built-in "one-click jailbreak" of Aisi Assistant only integrates theseOld tools of lower version, the new machine is also useless - it's not a problem with the tool, it's that the loophole is blocked.
The troll goesCoreTrust signature verification vulnerability, can "permanently" install any IPA on a non-jailbroken device. But it is very picky about versions:
| iOS version | Troll | illustrate |
|---|---|---|
| iOS 14.0 – 16.6.1 | support | Troll golden zone |
| iOS 16.7 RC (unofficial) | support | RC version only |
| iOS 16.7 official version | Not supported | The loophole is plugged |
| iOS 17.0 | support | Requires computer tool assistance |
| iOS 17.0.1 and above / 18 / 26 | Not supported | Sideloading (IPA Signature) |
Simply remember:16.6.1 and below can basically be installed, 16.7 can only be installed with RC, 17 can only be installed with 17.0, and above, you can only use sideloading.
Since most new phones cannot be jailbroken or trolled, what everyone is actually using in 2026 isSideloading——Use Aisi Assistant's "IPA Signature" to re-sign the modified version of the App (ad-removal version, function-enhanced version, etc.) and then install it:
There is no public stable jailbreak for higher versions of iOS 18/26; only A11 and older devices can be jailbroken using checkra1n/palera1n. Most new machines can't get past it.
Trolls can permanently install any IPA without jailbreaking (without losing the signature), but they cannot change the system or install plug-ins, and they only support iOS 14.0–16.6.1, 16.7 RC, and 17.0.
Use sideloading: Aisi "IPA Signature" is installed after re-signing with Apple ID personal certificate (7 days) or enterprise certificate. Almost all versions are available.
Jailbreaking will reduce system security, and bank payment apps may refuse to run; sideloading is relatively safe, but you must download the tool from the official website and do not use a third-party cracked version of Aisi.
